Rhytmic Solfege

A new exercise Rhythmic solfege made it to the music training programme. It does not use Myriad Music plug-in. It also does not have a submit button, because it recognizes automatically when the user finished answering.

- Exersise rhythmic solfege added.
- Replaced two-line code in exercise creation function with a method $rand_variable = $this->pickRandom($array);

Improvements in "Melodic Dictation"

Melodic dictation has been improoved with a much more user friendly interface. This interface uses SVG (Scalable Vector Grafics) which is web standard. Only modern browsers support this technology (Internet Explorer 8 does not support it, but IE9 does). Some testing and fallback iclusion required before this new version of the music training module is instaled on the live site musteach.com
